Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
Use the service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

BEBA OS, including its interface, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of Bearish FH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations.

4. Payment & Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearish FH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits of data, arising out of your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BEBA OS if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
